Logging Camp 4 at Railroad Wye

Logging Camp 4 at Railroad Wye (circa 1916)
West Linn, Clackamus County, Oregon

This photograph was taken by one of my great grandparents. Great Grandfather Berwick was an electrician who used to wire up logging camps. This photo depicts the Crown-Willamette Paper Company (CWPC) logging camp with its cabins numbered by Grandpa, along with his notes as to which legs of the wye led to the shop, the river and Camp 5. The railroad initials on the side of the Climax locomotives read C.W.P.CO.
